What is one of the major things that contribute to business success?
That would be the location. If people cannot get to where you are then you will be out of business.
Location is King
This was huge when the brick and mortar was king. Now your business success is more about an online presence. Even if you do not have a product or service that can be online is it still important to have a presence online?
It is important to have an online presence no matter how your service is being offered. According to Forbes.com, 85% of people will do research online before buying. Up to 74% of that would be from different websites and the rest is social media. This means that even if you do not have the ability to sell your product or service online, it is best to have information for people to know what you have. You can check out the article (here)
Also, according to CNN business in 2020 online shopping increased 18% and in total it was over $700 billion. It is important to be able to help direct those people to your business. You can look at the article (here)
I will say that I do not identify with the political view of either of these websites but I thought they had some good information.
So what does this mean for you and your business? The biggest thing would be that you need to have something online to help people find you. Also, you can start to capture some of this business with a website and or social media presence. This will get your business going in the right direction.
