The culture within an organization tends to be created early. It is the things that you are doing now that will be carried on. Maybe you are thinking well it is just me, myself, and I, and I get that. This is the most important time to create what you want. So you and your employees will know what is expected.
How hard would it be for a large company to change its culture? Let’s take any of the big ones: Amazon, Walmart, Costco, and Apple to name a few. Create The Culture You Need
You can take what you want people to do if you ever end up hiring people. Create it now so when they start it is something that is done. Take a look at how you do business and if you had someone working for you would you want them to do it the same way?
Also, this is a good time to look at your systems. Can what you do be scaled? If you needed someone to do it could they with a little bit of training. If you are going to grow then you will need to have things that you do and that others do. Culture is like a river already moving when you get there and hard to change its path. This is why it is good to have your culture set before you start expanding.
