Finally Friday and Growth Plan To Action For You

Growth Plan

Do you have a growth plan in place? This is take-two on growth plans with a different spin on it. This world is built on disorder if you leave things the way they are it will be worse when you come back. Just like your muscles if you do not use them as much you will lose the strength you had. So do you have a growth plan?

I know for myself it was daunting to think about putting a plan together for growth. How should I do it? What should be in it? In the end, I was overthinking and doing nothing. That was not helping either. So I needed to know where to start. This goes back to books being my first mentors. I also looked up people that were successful and what they did and listened to how they grew.

The worst growth plan put into action is better than the best plan that is not used. It is ok to be overwhelmed but moving. I would say that it is not ok to just stay where you are. I think of moving upstream and if you are standing still you are being pulled with the current. This is why we need to keep moving even if it is a small amount. Growth Plan Points

What are some good things to have in your growth plan? I would say a list of books you would like to read on the area you want to grow. I would find some podcasts about that topic as well. Another variable that might be a bit harder to find but would be extremely helpful would be an accountability group.

I really want to focus on the accountability group. This is one of the biggest things that has helped me. These could be people all over the world but looking to do similar things. If you have worked out with someone you know it is way easier to go if you know they will be there as well. Facebook has groups that you can join sometimes. But I would also look in your community for a local group. I think you will get a lot more out of in-person if you can.

I would take some time and build a growth plan and then I would love to hear about your growth plan. You can drop a comment below or head over to the Contact Us page.
