We are not in the information age. I would not say that it is something that I have been able to mark a time for. But it is no longer about what you know or even who you know. It is about knowing where to find the answer. Most of the time this will come from who you know but it might be from who they know.
I do not even need to know how to do simple math I can just ask my phone. There are programs that will help you with grammar and spelling. If you are looking for something I am sure there is an app for it. We have all the information that we need and more at our fingertips. But having the information and using it are two different things.
The biggest thing with this would be making sure the information that you have is creditable. I am sure we have all done it but when you are feeling sick and you look it up on WebMD well you are going to die. I would say for this it is more about the input to get better output. But where are you going to get your information?
Information Age and What You Need To Know
I have found this to be true in my life. There are many things that I have learned that I did not need to know now. I do not think it was bad to learn them at the time but it was not needed. This is more of a time of freeing up space to learn what I need to. This will allow my businesses to move forward faster. I dive into where I am getting the information to make sure it is the best that I can get.
